Coffee Milkshake Recipe

Enjoy this coffee milkshake during brunch or as an afternoon pick me up. It is creamy, cooling and full of that coffee flavor we are after.

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2/4 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup cold brewed coffee
  • toppings (whipped cream, cocoa powder, biscotti) optional


  • Gather all the ingredients and equipment needed.
  • Add all the ingredients (vanilla ice cream, milk and coffee) to a blender.
  • Place the lid on the blender and blend until a smooth consistency is formed, around 15-30 seconds. If the milkshake is too thick, add a bit of additional milk and blend again, repeat until your desired shake thickness is met.
  • Pour the milkshake into a tall glass or milkshake glass. Add toppings as desired. Enjoy!
