Coconut Shake Recipe
For the summer weekends you can’t get away, but want to bring in the tropical feels, this coconut shake does just the trick. It’s an easy coconut shake recipe calling for only three main ingredients of ice-cream, milk and coconut extract.

- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- ½ teaspoon coconut extract
- ⅔ - 1 cup coconut milk
- whipped cream optional
- toasted coconut flakes optional
- chocolate shavings optional
- maraschino cherries optional
Add the ice cream, coconut extract and milk into a blender. Place the lid on the blender and blend until a smooth consistency is formed, around 15-30 seconds. If the consistency is too thick, add a bit of additional milk and blend again, repeat until your desired shake thickness is met.
Pour the shake into a tall glass or milkshake glass. Add toppings as desired and enjoy!
