Savory Ham & Three Cheese Crustless Quiche

- 1 Cup Shredded Ham
- ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- ½ Cup Crumbled Goat Cheese
- ½ Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 5 Eggs, Whisked
- 1 Cup Half-and-Half
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- ½ Teaspoon Orégano
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 °F/180 °C. Lightly grease a 9 in. pie plate.
In the pie plate, add and lightly mix the ham, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese and goat cheese.
In a medium size bowl, whisk the five eggs. Then mix in the half-and-half, garlic and oregano.
Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheeses. Place in the preheated oven on the middle rack and back uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes.
Allow the quiche to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
