Savory Ham & Three Cheese Crustless Quiche

  • 1 Cup Shredded Ham
  • ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ Cup Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • ½ Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 5 Eggs, Whisked
  • 1 Cup Half-and-Half
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • ½ Teaspoon Orégano
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F/180 °C. Lightly grease a 9 in. pie plate.
  • In the pie plate, add and lightly mix the ham, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese and goat cheese.
  • In a medium size bowl, whisk the five eggs. Then mix in the half-and-half, garlic and oregano.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheeses. Place in the preheated oven on the middle rack and back uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Allow the quiche to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
